These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of revivosupps.com and the associated online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Revivo LLC ("Revivo," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Purchases by or for Minors
Our products may be used by younger customers, including teens. However, every purchase made through the Services must be completed by someone at least 18 years of age. If a product is intended for use by someone under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be the one to complete the purchase, provide all checkout and payment information, and place the order. 3. Accounts and Order Accuracy
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services, or any product or pricing, at any time without notice. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Bundle pricing, quantity discounts, and other promotional offers are applied automatically at checkout where eligible and may be modified or discontinued at any time. If a pricing or promotional error occurs, we will contact you before completing your order.
5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping timelines and costs are provided at checkout. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available on the Site, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Third-Party Content and Links
The Services may include content or tools from third parties, such as independent lab-testing widgets. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and its inclusion does not constitute an endorsement of the third party.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, product formulations, and design — is owned by Revivo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revivo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revivo, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Revivo regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to the Services, and your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
